There is SOME helpful stuff here, but not everything you would need for micromodules is there. I assume the micromodule pcb put on OSHWLAB is probably the 3rd size but there is no half size dimensions. It would also be helpful to know the vertical stackup so as to order suitable parts.
I don't actually own any micromodules yet, or the uBASE, but I would like to be able to design circuits in this format.
I've seen the technical guide by thetechnobear which shows for non micromodules, you need an M3 15mm F-F spacer, 1.6MM PCB, M3 8mm M-F spacer and a 1.5MM front panel.
When I look at a micromodule from the store, I see a front panel, a PCB and a male header on the back. The only way this could work would be if the uBASE had a much shorter standoff than 15mm.
Could someone please provide the vertical dimensions of the micromodule/uBASE stack - mostly what standoffs to order. Would be helpful to know the correct dimensions for a 1/2 size micromodule PCB and panel too.
IF I wanted to make a module that was too dense for 1 PCB but I wanted to keep it 1 unit wide then I would like to be able to use 2 pcb stacked vertically (which is how I often design for Eurorack anyway). Designs like this, it would be my plan to use the same stackup as micromodule/uBASE.
(edited to fix typos, typed this late at night!)

I have had some of my questions answered on the discord channel, but thought I should post here to let people know, the easyeda template listed earlier for the full sized modules cannot be correct. I've been referring to the technical guide as well as measuring what I have here with callipers and I notice an issue. My 1u panel is 25mm x 101 mm as detailed in the technical guide. The easyeda files have the panels and PCBs as 25.4mm x 101.6mm, which can't be correct. I have a feeling the mounting hole distances and the bus connector are correct and I could use centre a 25mmx100mm PCB around those dimensions. I'm going to trawl the forum and discord for some files that someone has open sourced to confirm my suspicion and create some technical drawings for any future reference. The easyeda files for the 3rd size uModule seems to be correct though

Yeah, apologies for the ‘full size’ template; it’s based on inches because that matches the relative spacing of connectors, minting holes etc. — I should update the outer dimensions really (I’ll update it asap).
As for double-decker boards, there is a recent extra consideration because of the new ‘quickswap cases’; because of the way that the bus-boards lie, there is a ‘dead zone’ top and bottom which must be avoided. I don’t have a link right now, but there could be something in kyaa’s sub-forum??
The base-board for micro modules sits 3mm above the case, but this is *very* tight on the ribbon cable; I would suggest leaving a bigger gap for a double-decker module! Also note that the micro base-board is incompatible with quickswap cases 😕
