G'day all, Another Sunday arvo and I find myself on my favourite spot on the lounge. Hope you all enjoyed yours.
todays Jam is: Solina, Wavetables, Breadboard Frequency Modulation, Dead band, Wasp Filter and drums.
All Ae sounds but to create different aspects Ae audio is also processed through external Filters and heard separately as described below. Also clocked by 0-Control Drum module audio processed through Circuit Mono Station Filter only to create the whistling sound
Solina and WaveTables Audio out process through Electribe Sampler FX Ring modulation and Phaser LFO to create the car Alarm
Solina and Wavetables Audio also sent through overdrive, reverb, fuzz and wah pedals to create the wind sound
I'll just start adding to this thread each time now.
cheers

G'day Guys, For this Ae only jam I had in mind a space shuttle coming out of hyperspace into the middle of an intergalactic gun battle.
Modules used:
Shuttle atmosphere played by the Breadboard oscillator into Wasp Filter then delay and the Algodrone as the engine.
Gunfire Attack vessel played by the Wavetables into Drumkit used as a filter
Victory and repair music by Solina. Repairman is Dan
No Ae Modular was permanently harmed during the filming of this........

Gday Gday, Received a Biot module!!
Algodrone is the main voice, a bit piercing with volume but didn't really notice until done and am too lazy to redo. Wavetables through Drumkit and Delay providing the percussion and drone at the beginning and end.
Breadboard oscillator and Wasp filter creating the bassline.
Solina is the break
Lfo clocking the Seq16 and gating the 3*2Env loops
Rbss, Deadband and Topograf also used
Biot effecting:
the pitch cv of Drumkit
Triggering clock of the Topograf then Rbss into Wavetables
Pwm of the Lfo the Algodrone Size in
Sync of Lfo
CV of the Deadband and CV mix into CV of Solina
2Env gate for Solina break
Algodrone CV
Wavetable Freq mod
Tip: I found the Biot module works best once warmed up. Using a heatpad, lap and warm animal works best.

I like this. An intro like an auditory palate cleanser, followed by some proper stomping. Diner party music will never be the same again.

g'day All, So the mm33 module arrived this week and from there I created this jam.
I didn't realise that the module is just off camera but as I turn up the mixer on the bottom right you can hear the noise that the mm33 has created.
The Ae is joined by the volca modular, bass, 0Coast, guitar and Didge.
The jam didn't include the Didge as I had to record this on the second run through
hope you enjoy

When I listened back that's all I hear now😂. Wish it was hot here too. Love the BioT. I haven't come across that same problem again and I've been using it in every patch, mind you it hasn't been as cold as it was that day but maybe I soldered something slightly off.

ok this one is a bit long and I'm not super happy with the melody but it took time so I'm uploading.
was my first try at gating the envelopes with the Logic module and also using the CVTool and 4Buffer which come in around the 3min mark i think.
cheers

All sounds of this jam came from the Wavetables module
I recorded 6 tracks using the wavetables being modulated by a different patch and I used different module for each one.
Bass - Triq164/2env(Deadband-decay/vca/wavetables/(lfo WaveFreq) - multifx reverb
Atmosphere 1 - Wavetables to dronx
Atmosphere 2 - Lfo to wavemod
Spacey sound - Wavetables(modulated by Algodrone with 2cvtool to Delay with a manual gate
Percussion - Noise to CV in on Wavetables
Melody - Seq16 (played manually) to CV in through Quantiser
apologies for the gardeners fingers......
Cheers for the listen

First impression; worn out eighties vhs tape with some ultraman episode, soundtrack sampled and chopped. Was waiting for the beat to drop and hear MF DOOM (rip) deliver some crazy abstract lines over it.

Can't believe I've never seen Ultraman(had to google), would have loved that as a kid. Maybe now too!

G'day All, I discovered today that you can process audio through the 0-Coast so of coarse I put the Ae through it to create an Industrial techno jam.
WaveTables using Deadband to control the wave and Drone38 to CV, also fX sent through Dronx.
Kick through drumkit clocked by Topograf.
Noise introduced both controlled through 4Buffer.
Some sound from the 0Coast being the melody

Hi All, Was wondering whether or not to post this jam due to my manual sequencing skills but realised it does show how you can use the BioT and 4Buffer. Here I am using the 4 Buffer to Cut/Mute the source CV and letting the Envelopes(triggered by Logic) continue to trigger the Effects chain. Also I had a lot of fun with the Biot as some sort of therapy to Trigger the Kick/Drum modules because I was so frustrated with my attempts to produce an Ambient patch......yes this was meant to be Ambient.... My Favourite bit is at about 1:05 Cheers for the listen

I like this idea, cool opening for a track. I now understand what I can do with the 5+ output on my 4ATTMIX module, afaik it's the only module in my rack (appart from the BRAEBBOARD) that exposes the 5+, which I thought was a bit weird.

Thanks pt3r. Ah yes that would work too. I've got a +5 on the 2att/cv but never looked into how to really use it.

Hi All, This one is pretty much a chaotic mess of noise as I turn up the clock to 300. The Algo drone provides the March. The Ae is joined by a few friends and all the audio from those are process through the Ae in some way whether mixed, manipulated or enveloped and not heard externally.
cheers

Hello all, Driving to the shops today on a weekend with no cars on the road, hardly anyone shopping and the shelves empty gave me the idea for the name of the Jam. This Jam is using the Ks_Grains code from namke and the swing is a tip from pt3r in the thread forum.aemodular.com/thread/1624/schwing-swinggggI also used the 2cvtool to dial in the swing All sounds are Ae but the grains is also processed through an overdrive, fuzz, reverb and Wah pedal which comes in around the 2min mark I think. Its a long jam, prob could be halved but was lost in my own world again. Cheers for the listen
