After a lot of trial and error, procrastination, and waiting around for parts to arrive I've finally built a prototype for the light module (better name pending): I've got four more here so I was wondering if anyone fancied testing it out for me and giving some feedback? Still need to improve the software a bit and I somehow managed to mix up the trigger inputs up so they don't match the buttons . I also need to figure out how best to do the led strip terminal so I'll work that out first and then probably include a strip of 12 - 16 leds. If anyone's interested let me know!

I'm in the UK so I'm afraid the southern hemisphere might be a bit too far away sorry maydonpoliris! but tIB happy to send one over to you. Just going to tweak the software a bit first and then I'll message you for your address when its ready to go

Apologies, I went completely dark on this I was a bit stuck as to how to make the LED node, and then I moved house so renovating has been taking up a lot of my time. But I've picked it up again, have come up with a reasonable solution to the LED node problem and have made some more adjustments to the firmware. pol, lukylutte and tIB are you all still interested in testing the prototype out and giving me some feedback?? If so then I can post them out to you over the weekend

A prototype in action, some lessons were learnt (as you would expect) so final module won't be exactly the same but what I will say is more LEDs is better!

I love this project! I have a few blinky lights attached but this really opens up a whole universe of blinky bling! I was thinking to make something conceptually similar and call it blÆng but I think yours is more worthy of the name if you wish to adopt it. I am hoping to go busking again with my AE gear again soon but I'm not such a night person these days. Winter evenings might still be doable though here in Sydney Oz.

I was hoping to d a big reveal last weekend but I noticed a very minor but very annoying mistake with the PCB so I'm having to wait another week or 2 for another batch to arrive. But here's a little sneak preview in the meantime! Attachments:

DRUM ROLL PLEASE.... Introducing, at long last, the new LGM RAY GUN! I've started out with a limited run of 5 modules for sale (one of which has already been snapped up) just to get an idea of demand. It's available along with a 12 or 36 LED strip as well as an optional power supply. Head over to The Store for more details or check out Our Instagram for a demo video (more to come soon!)
