River of Electrons : Embodied Synthesis #1

Hi everyone,

so still getting started with my AE Modular. Largely as a kind of central hub for some other small pieces of kit and electronics experiments. Here's my first release.

So this is pretty crazy, but I'm very happy with the result.

I just supplemented my very minimal case with two new modules. Modulators (the LFO + Env Gen / VCA + Random combo) and the XMIX. This combines with the SV Filter.

Sound sources are :

- a Bastl Kastle

- a self-programmed BBC Microbit board.

Modulation is thanks to the Kastle's own LFO, and the second LFO from the AE Modulators

(Note that the cross-modulating possibilities of just the Kastle + Modulators is already exploding my mind :-)

Processing is the Modulators EG/VCA and SV Filter.

Plus a Korg NTS-1 for phaser / delay / reverb FX.
