So I just received my Wavetable module but im having an issue. As soon as I plug the module into my rack and connect any output of any module that has an output into the audio out of the master either 1 or 2, I get this high pitched noice. Tried changing cables, power supply, as well as rearranging the placing of the wavetable module but nothing seems to solve it. Ive attached a mock of my setup done on the grid.aemodular.com/ to give an idea of my current rack. Any help is appreciated.

Does the module work basically as expected, only with the high pitched noise added? I'm sure we will get it sorted out; noise is definitely not ok with this module.

The module itself seems to be working as expected from what I can tell besides the high pitched noise, if you have any specific test I could do to try anything particular on it let me know

While not helpful -- that rack looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. ... Carry on with the bug testing

Very fun even without the wavetable, but im just sad im cant play with it atm do to the issue. Ive been testing with my zoia to try and filter the specific freq range and ive managed to narrow it down to arround the 8700 to 8900hz range which is something I guess. I can filter that specific range but I also loose some of the character of the ae because of that

OK so did more testing and now I have recorded a video of the audio from the wavetable and unfortunately I think my module might be defective. In the video there is nothing patched into the wavetable besides the cv in and its going straight to a vca and to the audio out, which is then recorder with my mixer (this entire setup is the same I use and the audio is fine with all other modules). There is a small audio level desync when I play a sequence from 1:19 - 1:30 but thats not the modules problem, thats my phone recording the audio from the speakers so ignore that small bit

Yes definitely something wrong there - it shouldn't even go to an 8th table as there are only 7 and the visual and audio glitching doesn't match my experience. I'm certain Robert will help you out though! It's a wonderful module so I hope you get a replacement soon

just listened to the video; this module is definitely faulty!
Please note: This is a known issue, where we have to remove one component before shipping, which seems no to be done in this case. Seems our quality control department needs some improvement...
To everybody encountering similar issues with the WAVETABLES module: Please contact me directly for sending a replacement.
For those who are not afraid of soldering: You can remove C4 on the board; it's the capacitor at the lower end, near the 10-pin connector. No worries about warranty ;-)
Sorry for the issue!

Ty for the response and for resolving the issue. I might as well try the fix on my broken module as well, just to make sure, the bit that should be removed is the one ive circled on the image below correct?
