I was pretty low in the waiting list (in the first 100) but after waiting a year I couldn't wait anymore. I used the money I put aside for buying my first Ae modular stater rack with extension case and bunch of modules. Fun fact was that less than a month after passing the order for Ae modular. My turn came but no more money to buy it. Than I waited over 5 month to get my Ae Modular and thinking the Pulsar 23 would already be there ... Anyway, whatever I'm so much happier with the Ae modular. Wouldn't take the Pulsar for an outdoor jam...

The stuff from SOMA is really inspiring, very original while feeling like a real instrument. Never tried their stuff but I'm really curious.

I‘ll have to make up my mind if its rly worth saving for....

The stuff from SOMA is really inspiring, very original while feeling like a real instrument. Never tried their stuff but I'm really curious. 100% same opinion. especially for this model. The idea to just turn the concept of patching around and let the patch points stick out, is so simple, but genius! opens up so many crazy possibilitys , even besides playing the patchpoints with your hands. just one example that instantly came to my mind: imagine doing a patch with ONE wire you tuck around several patchpoints in spirals and if the used wire is stiff enough to hold its form you just could take the whole thing of at once and you would have a materialized presave of your patch =D and im also a huge fan of this solution, because u could basically stick anything to/on it much like with all the small patchwire synths but even in a more extended way. and i rly want to know what happens if you put one of this synths turned upside down on another in a way that as many patchpoints as possible can touch..... =D
