Hello dear musicfreaks, this is my first techno track:
The Walking Bear And A Hand Full of Bees
Please let me know your feedback!
I used the Kick and the Drumkit for Drums (+littlebit delay). 2OSC/d on OSC1: square + Ssquare --> Nyle
on OSC2: square --> Nyle VCO Voice 2 tri+saw --> Wasp
2Env 1 for each Voice + -->modulation of filters LFO movement in filters
Controller/Sequencer: BSP via 2x 4I/O and Midi for all voices.
EDIT: I used Cubase LE and mixed it louder. I filtered some of the ugly noises with two EQs too. Now Its nice loud and boomy
Keep dancing! Phillip

Cool stuff! Interested to see where you will go next As you asked for feedback: personally i would lower the kick a bit more, and try to get it 'a bit' in tune. I don't think a kick should be tuned perfectly personally, but I like searching for a bit of a sweet spot in the low end. But keeping the punch while going low can require some tinkering. But I think its rather important in techno! I think some extra percussive elements could also be cool (something hihatt-y). But thats just me, i love percs. Of course, have fun yourself and take this all as a very personal opinion!
