Hey there! Just received my Breadboard Module and fiddled around with it this Weekend to make a pretty Basic Atari Punk Console. I used this „shematic“ because it fitted perfectly to the components shipped with the BB-Module. On the BB-Module this looks like this (dont be confused by the positioning of some parts i used the shematic but twisted it 180degrees while looking at it) It‘s got pitch and frequency modulation (i think...) and the cotrols of thes parameters can be sitched via a dipswitch betwweeen 2 potentiometers and/or 2 light resistors. Every single part is included in the BB-Module Set. Just used some Wirebriges for convenience. And this is what it sounds like....first nearly dry with just a littlebit of filter and then i bring in some delay. feel the punk? .... the sound isnt the best because i just used the ipad cam and mic. but how it sounds is what matters isnt it? ;p Overall I had a real blast with my first BB-Module Project. I‘m planing to make a better documentation cause I want to use this in an educational project with kids/teens. I hope to see more BB-Module Projects here in the future from others (Maybe a big BB-Module Thread with all ongoing projects, which when finshed could be transfererd to the wiki?) and cant wait to read what you think about this litte AE Punk console! And Please also check out this other cool Atari Punk Console Project from the user vm70 , here in the Forum—-> The AEtari Punk Console ! (definitive a cooler name ) ps.: oh and I „accidently“ spoilerd the new baby cases Attachments:

Cool! Atari Punk is really the ideal breadboard OSC. Together with CD40106 oscillators!
My 'deadband filter' post in the DIY forum here is also def makeable on the breadboard, just with a few swapped values that are not too critical. Should be easy to experiment with if you can read a circuit.
I think a scope or 'meter' module would also be great for educational purpose. In my own experience, it helps if your brain can link 'audio information' to visual stuff. Very cool that your thinking bout education around this stuff! It's a (far) dream for me to make some 'electronics for synths' small course at the tech school where I teach (but I'm only working here for one year now, so i first have to fix the mandatory courses haha)

I love it. Hopefully when there will be more of em, I would love to use them fr the education stuff...everyone with its own little noise and tinker machine would be awsome to annoy evryone else with workshops like this ^^

I really like the idea of each participant starting out with a small self-contained synth then getting together with others to make a bigger and more complex sound.
