Hi,

I am trying to use MIDI notes in Ableton Live to trigger the gate/click input in the MASTER. However, with the output set to channel 1 going to the USB->MIDI cable I have attached to the AE MIDI adapter, the light for the gate is not being triggered. I tried using the BUS CV on my OSC to make sure and it still wasn't working.

Any advice on how to trigger the MIDI gate using Ableton Live?

To me it seem like on those channels the master module will respond to midi. Check this video by admin .
