Okay, just to understand the rbss has to have lead free solder if we choose to make the fix? The original boards are made with lead-free solder, so for preference: yes. Having said that, you might want to do some internet searching to see what the opinions are about using leaded solder on top. I don’t have the chemistry chops to be able to say yes or no (sorry). |
