Hello,
I have written several emails to order a modified rack2 starter on mid march
and I have not received a response for several weeks.
I wanted to know if it was normal that the waiting time was so long.
Sorry for my poor English, I speak French.

If a message goes unreplied, it's always a miss, Robert is quiet busy with all the orders he has and the production of new modules. Patience is needed here, but a solution is always found  |

I have the same... ordered a rack and 10+ modules, but had some questions and I will be moving to another house soon, so the shipping info has to be updated.. no response till now.

Bear in might that Tangible wave is a very small company, they are three people making their best to satisfy everybody's order. Also, Germany was in lockdown recently, things may take a bit more time than usual.
