Order No. 91108004 24/2/2021
When I ordered my start combo, I was given an estimation of 6 / 7 weeks waitting time.
Its now alomst 9, I do not exacly complain about that, but I'v sent two mails asking for new estimation time, where am I in the waitting list, etc
But as for today, NO ANSWER ?
Any help, here, on admin side ?

With big other (more than few modules) it take a long time, i've waitend 4 months for mine. It can be sad to wait this much, but as said, Tangible Wave is a small company, and it take time to produce such things, especially during covid time with lockdown and such.

waiting since dec. 18th. in total 1200,- euros due. paid in advance, not received ANYTHING. residing a 4 hour car ride from Munich.

It is queit "normal" thintg take this long with big order. It's a three person company, it takes lot of time, especially with big orders. But do not worry, it will come in time  |

We are working here hard to reach a point in the near future so that this threads are not necessary any more!
This is definitely our biggest pain point currently, honestly. Sorry, guys! Let's see where we are end of this year - I REALLY want to get every order shipped within a week.
