Has anyone use the METER module to calibrate your oscillators?

Yes, they were exactly 10cm tall, I didn't need to do anything.

Yes it was a joke I don't have the METER module actually. Which oscillator module are you calibrating ? Is it patched like it says in the wiki ?

Oh, a joke, hehe!
Yeah, I've already calibrated my oscillators. I had to calibrate two FMOS and two WAVETABLES. It works well, although I haven't plugged the oscillators back in. It'd be nice to have the trim pot on the front of the so you won't have to take the oscillator out.

The holes on the back of the case, on the left side, are made to work the trimpot without having to remove the modules, if I'm not mistaken.

Oh, that's what they're for! I could never figure out why those whole were there! Well, I've been thinking about reorganizing my case, but keep that in mind in the future.

That's why it's more convinent to have your VCO and such on the left. I've never calibrate mine, I don't feel the need to regarding the kind of sound I'm doing, but it's still handy to be able to do so.

I never felt like I needed to calibrate them as well. But will do for sure when receiving the precision adder... Since you already calibrated couple is it simpler with the meter module. Kinda thinking about it but would only use it for this or a cool oscilloscope going on but wouldn't add anything to the patch sonically....

I tried calibrating my 2 VCO modules with the Meter module. After step 1 (tuning the VCO to a frequency between 100 and 200 Hz), step 2 tells me to adjust trimmer close to 0 and shows me values around -3100. This is the same for both modules. After twisting the trimmer for a while in either direction I get back to step 1, because the dialed in frequency gets out of the 100-200 Hz range. Is it possible to use the Meter for calibrating the VCO module? The wiki mentions the 2OSC/d explicitly. Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for any help or advice.

After getting some help from Robert with oscillator calibration, my VCOs track pretty ok. I have noticed the following though: feeding 0V into the CV input instantly takes the pitch down a bit more than a semitone. After this the tracking is ok relative to the new root note but it will not be in tune with the 2OSC/d which keeps the root note fine (e.g. C major alongside B major will cause a lot of deviation in notes). If I compensate for this by tuning the VCO to slightly above C# to begin with than it will be in tune with the 2OSC/d tuned to C.
