I think this is a bit of a milestone: now that I’ve got the core.æ and have a sound source, I’ve finally made a ‘fully-wonkystuff’ patch 🙂 obviously the video is super rough, but I'll probably do a better version at some point. - rbss x2 (using a-outs as pseudo envelopes as well as cv outs to control pitches)
- mm33+
- qvca - 2 channels: cv in from the mm33+ outputs, audio in from the core
- core.æ (using the default dr1 firmware 😁) - both main and secondary outputs
- moco (just for the audio mixing)
- Oh, and a little breadboarded something…

I think that I need to do a proper video with a breakdown of the patch -- especially regarding the CV routing! ... tbh I could use another mm33+ in there Or maybe an mm55? ... <insert thinking emoji here>

Awesome! Congrats, makes me want to start thinking up a third-party vs TW patch off track.

A better recording Part performance, part demonstration - using the core.æ module to generate sounds which are then shaped and modulated by outputs of a pair of rbss modules mixed in the mm33+. No BioT input, and the moco is only there because of it's mixer Oh, there's a breadboarded kick-drum thing there too, once more triggered from the a-out of one of the rbss modules. So all sounds apart from the kick are being generated by the dr1 firmware presinstalled in the core.æ. I suppose you could call it a complex oscillator?? Obviously the whole thing runs through the MULTIFX because it felt like a bit of a cheat to add reverb in post...!
