I was thinking of some extra attenuators. I might be able to use this. This is also a voltage divider? I'm amazed at how many "support" modules it takes to make a synth work.

Yes this module kan also divide voltages, the whole circuitry is bascically a bunch of voltage dividers tied together. Ideal to transpose sequences, for example. Or to generate complex lfos, or use it as a LOFI primitive DAC or ...

Yep, you could use it as two fixed attenuators with different (but fixed) attenuation level options. This is a really hard module to describe how you can use it exactly, and even if I'm using it in a patch its often hard to see what it does exactly but its a very rewarding module to experiment with.

Read the Olegtron link and got a good sense of it I think, seems like an unusually useful circuit!
