Does anybody know how to get updates on how and where my package is after iv ordered it from ae site not ebay etc

Hi,
I've moved your post to the tangible waves board as it is a question about this vendor.
You should receive 3 emails once you send off an order:
1. An email which acknowledges that your order has been received and it now in the waiting queue to be processed.
2. An email which tells you that your order is now in production.
3. An email which tells you that your order has been shipped.
I'm not sure if you receive a tracking code for your package as this may depend on your country and the postal service. However even without tracking code ... I think that 99.99% of all packages from tangible waves have so far been delivered correctly sooner or later.
Please be aware that wait times are still about 3 weeks but can be longer due to holidays around xmas and new year.
