Any recommendations for boosting the sound level of a sound source or adding more gain/ EQ i.e. drum sounds? Is the Twotone EQ module the one to get? Cheers 🙂

Yeah the 2SIGNALAMP module is super useful and often overlooked, i think! I haven't used it myself but from what i've seen Kurt's Quad Boost might be a good alternative especially if you want to give sounds a bit of 'grit'

I never internally drum without the Quad boost.
For external always used the 2signalamp but I guess could use either or both.

I use the 2signalamp for bringing for instance triangle waves up to the same level as other audio sources. Also good for bringing external audio sources up to level..

Thanks for the heads-up everyone, glad to hear Quad Boost is getting patched Its probably my own module that I use the most as well, together with the Sloth. To be clear, it is not a 'clean boost', so it does color your sound and it does add some grit/drit. Which I like! If you're after a clean volume boost, the Signalamp is def the way to go. If you're interested, I'm selling the kits over on my Tindie store: www.tindie.com/products/keurslagerkurt/kurts-quad-boost/

Cheers 🙂 Your main question is answered elsewhere, but I thought it was worth mentioning the 2Tone is not a strong booster, it does but we are not talking a big gain structure, my module seems to be better at cutting frequencies and overall is a fairly subtle device - which is probably correct for an EQ. If you want a stronger boost you can use both channels in series which can get to speaker damaging territory..... I do use it on my bass drum sounds as I like the eq boost with the low knob turned up,
