Yikes I guess this will be the little push to start building rack n° 3 a bit sooner than foreseen. I fully understand the need for the price increase, no matter how unfortunate it is for us.

Price increases always hurt. But that's probably inevitable. I think it's a great gesture of Robert to offer a way to request a personal discount, if someone cannot afford the increased prices.
I was very surprised and happy that I was listed in the "Music made by the Community" section. This inspires and motivates me to produce and release even more music now.

increases are necessary as a business as others have mentioned but proving you are a man of your values adding a discount request form for some customer hardships. that's impressive.

Filter Bank! I think I wrote a few years back if an EQ would ever come to AE Modular... wonderful.
Only module I am missing is Cirrus - and will pay for what it is worth, with new or old chip.
And the Micro Modules - several interesting additions to the system.
Sadly, in the United States w/o my AE system... trip here extended... quite frustrating.

It's been a while since I posted. I do still watch developments avidly, and I do read posts here, as I've always believed in the potential of the format. For me, the filter bank is a great move towards creating those mid-70's tones that I so love. A nice module that, once understood and tamed, will provide interesting tones.
In personal news, I will be setting up a slightly larger "studio" (i.e. room with equipment and a nice chair) and so I'll have working space for my little AE Modular once more. I never did manage to sell it  |

If anyone wants to try a 914 fixed filter bank as a VST (and for free), to hear how it might work for you, there is an unsupported version of the Audio Damage one on their site here. Quite a few other interesting ones as well, including the smaller 907 fixed filter bank.
I do use their Other Desert Cities (delay) and Enso (looper) plugins, although it's best to wait for their BF pricing.
