Has anyone experienced issues with the thread on the Ubase.
I am trying to fit the two Ubases's I received the top nut is fine both of the screws from the rack fit nicely but both bottom nuts have almost no thread for the screws to grab on to. It isn't helped by the bit of PCB that sticks down in to the hole.
Has anyone else had this and if so what did you do to fix it.

Argh, I assume I know what's the problem... The brass inserts have the thread not going completely to the end on one side (with quite some tolerances between individual items); so when they are inserted in the PCB in the opposite way this can lead to the situation you are facing.
The most simple solution would be using a bit longer screw; perfect would be a 8 mm long M3 screw (the usual ones for module mounting are 6 mm long); do you have one at hand?
Sorry, and thanks for pointing this out; we will take more care especially for this when producing the uBASE modules!

I have a similar problem, but it looks like the brass inserts are threaded all the way through. They appear to be slightly too large for the screws in the cases, though. It's not consistent-- on one uBase the top insert is too large but the bottom one is okay.
I might have some larger screws to try and I'll see if they work.

Yeah, I have some of what I think are m3.5 screws that fit nicely. Did you maybe accidentally get the wrong bushings?
One warning for people finding this: If you are test-fitting screws, don't screw them in so far that you push the vertical support piece out.
