Well I knew the 555 oscillator could get gnarly, but for some reason I hadn't yet tried out patching the two sinewaves into eachothers FM input (basically FM feedback I think?).
I must say that there is a huge sonic realm of FM goodness in there, and the front panel attenuators are really nice to control & tweak the feedback.. Sorry for maybe sounding like a salesman (I hope not too much???!!), but i was honestly very pleasantly suprised when trying this patch strategy.
