This does feature AE Modular as the whole background ambience and some of the extra sounds. The main sequence was my trusty Waldorf to get that wavetable twangy sound and absolutely no Mellotrons were harmed in the making of this track. I adopted the Klaus Schulze funky walking technique for the sequence as well EDIT: File removed from Soundcloud as now part of a Bandcamp Release
I shall put my head into some AE Modular sound design next and I already have a few thoughts on some extra modules to fill those spaces - quite literally as I mis-counted the number of blank panels that I needed, so I have some gaps that must be filled EDIT: Now available as part of the Bandcamp release Cathedral Reconstructions - Live, together with the other six Cathedral tracks.

Definitely Klaus Schulzian... very nice. Thanks, pol, it was entirely deliberate in this case. I did even copy the chord styling to get that simple floaty change feel... and I really did walk in a funky fashion around the room to the sequence
I sent it to two ex-bandmates (as we're collaborating again on a new project) and there was some laughter at my copying of the great man so blatently. The AE Modular did an amazing job with the backing though, as it always does.

This is again fantastic work spacedog ... I'm in the food court awaiting my flight's departure and I'm looking forward to listening to about 12 hours of Kubusschnitt and Soviet Spacedog music that I've downloaded to my iPad! This should be the most relaxed flight ever Hopefully over the next few months I will learn how to sequence my synths like this ... It is still a mystery to me.

If it works, I may have a sideline in selling flight relaxation music Have a great flight and enjoy yourself. I am envious, I love Berlin.
