CHRONO, a master clock with tappable tempo, for GRAINS

I have posted CHRONO in my repository. CHRONO is a simple master clock whose tempo is set by sending tap triggers to its input and measuring the time between successive triggers.  CHRONO saves the tempo so it's available again when you reboot the GRAINS.
