Hi. Can anyone tell me what size the module screws/bolts are for taking out? Are they small Allen key bolts?

Hi. Can anyone tell me what size the module screws/bolts are for taking out? Are they small Allen key bolts? If you are trying to get out and/or fit modules, I found the only way to do it was to use the rear cross-head screws. These locate into the pillars that have the Allen heads. It was a touch fiddly and I had to loosen a lot around the module to get enough space for the connector, then tighten everything up at once. Hopefully that's what you want...? Of course, I may have done it the wrong way and I shall watch and learn if I did  |

They're M3 Phillips Pan Head screws - the ones you also find in most Eurorack case rails. Like spacedog said, you unscrew the AE modules on the back of the case.

Doh! I hadn't even realised there were screws on the underneath. And that those are the screws to loosen. Thanks y'all.

This reminds me that a short video on mounting / removing modules would be super helpful; if you know some twists it's more simple... The screws are M3x6 Philips pan head, as NightMachines stated. |
