I was wondering if any has used the uOCS? Is it the "replacement" for FMOS? How do you deal with the lack fine tune control? I remember running both 2ATTCV for finer control, but was not a true replacement for a fine trim pot.
Both my FMOS oscilators aren't working. Since the chip is no longer available, I was wondering if uOSC would be a better choice?

The uOSC does not FM, but the new uFM does! The uFM does basically everything the FMOS did, plus the bonus that it can be controlled via IMDI, and that it offers additional basic waveforms. Also, the pitch range is wider than the FMOS (where it was limited for technical reasons). Video coming soon!
Why aren't your FMOSs aren't working anymore? What's the problem? Let's discuss if you can get the uFM as compensation for a possibly defective module.

Yes, both FMOS are not working well. One won't calibrate at all. The other only has about two octaves range before go very badly out of tune.
