Had to dismantle part of my studio this week, in a drawer I found a bubble plastic bag with 3 chips in it, 1 says HCF 4011E 880 37, One says Ferranti T1/77 ZN425E/1B, and the other says 084CP 8245.

I did try making my own circuits etc. many years ago so imagine these are left over from those days.

Does anyone know what they are - got some idea about the Ferranti from googling, but the others...
