In order to not open up a new thread everytime I post a video, I decided to creat this one. I'll post all my new demo videos of the AE system right here in the future
Yesterday I found out, that you can use the CR output of the noise module as some kind of burst generator.
You can create some pretty cool "randomly clocked" sequences with that kind of technique:

CR output? Ive just analog and digital on mine .... the noise module on tangible website, it a is a bit different to mine, but just seems to have renamed rate to freq, and multi to thru .?!

Hi guys, sorry, I'm really bad in documentation stuff (not bad, but it's difficult to find the time at the moment)! The CR output on the NOISE module was added a few weeks ago, it provides a "CRackle" signal, very narrow pulses in a random order. A bit like a geiger counter...

This time I went more experimental and created some alien/outerspace atmospheres with my system.
I hope you enjoy this, even though it ain't that musical as the other ones. By the way, sorry for the spaminng, I had a lot of free time the last few days so I was able to make a video everyday

New sci-fi inspired ambient session with my AE, the Koma Field Kits and a dictaphone!

Yesterday I got a Korg Electribe 2, a device that I underestimated for a pretty long time. It seems to be a really good machine and I especially like it for ambient jams like this. In this video I hooked it up with the MULTIFX module (Shimmer) from the AE. Additionally I added a drone created with the VCO and the WASP as well as some crackle noises coming from the Noise CR output (filtered in bandpass mode).

Instead of another ambient jam, I made a techno session this time - hope you enjoy this

A fellow AEM + Electribe 2S user! The Electribe 2S is surprisingly deep for it's price point. While the Electribe 2 does ultimately have it's limitations, it gives the user many sequencing capabilities. One such nice feature is it's ability to create a dedicated Audio In track to apply additional IFX to.

I really like the Electribe 2 for what it is, it's a great little "synth" and also being able to sequence some drums is really nice (even though I don't really like the hi-hat and snare sounds). I mainly bought it for live performances because I can save whole arrangements which makes preparing for shows way easier for me. I havent tried to use it with external audio but I am going to do that right now!

One such nice feature is it's ability to create a dedicated Audio In track to apply additional IFX to. Thanks for the tip, using the Electribe for effects and also to modulate audio signal from the AEM is really cool! Got inspired immediately and made this video here:
I sent a drone from the 2OSC into the Electribe and then used a lopass filter with high resonance which got modulated by BPM synced S&H. Additionally I added some ring-delay to the drone. This opens up a whole new world and I didn't even use the motion sequencing function yet, so thank you again

Wow! You’re on a roll! Keep the videos coming So you’ve synced the AE Modular to the Electribe 2 via MIDI and then sequence audio FX on the Electribe 2, which processes the AE Modular’s sound?

Thank you for watching, I'll try my best to keep videos coming! Yes, that is basically what I am doing here. As I unfortunately don't have another MIDI adapter, I synced it with the Sync-Out from the Electribe (I still do all the sequencing on the AE with the SEQ16).
I sent a relatively simple drone from the 2OSC which is being frequency modulated by the VCO into the audio input of the Electribe. There I just filtered the signal, cranked up the resonance and then added some S&H modulation on the filter's cutoff frequency, which is synced to the BPM. Also I added an effect called "ring-delay". There are a few simple sounds and also drums coming from the Electribe, the rest of it is only the AEM. Sometimes I also used the bitcrusher from the Field Kit FX which is effecting the Electribe's master output. I think the Electribe makes a really cool soundprocessor because you can also motion sequence all of the parameters and of course add many different modulation types on volume, pitch, filter cutoff, fx and so on!
Maybe I will do a simple video soon about the Electribe used as a soundprocessor for the AEM

I am really proud of this ambient session I recorded yesterday.
As always, I was using the AEM, the Electribe 2 and the Koma Field Kits

Awesome! I could listen to ambient stuff throughout the whole winter. Maybe I’ll just do that. Haha!
