Nice, and with built in "patch cords" Why don't they look like mine, though? Where's the panel blank with the gigantic SNARL of patchwires in the middle, looking like some sort of dangerous, carniverous plant?

For the very few minutes when I actually had space in my system, I created my very own version of the original Red Panel (without the extras though), painting the whole thing up in about an hour. It appears in the video below (and the sounds are 100% AE Modular), which was just to see if I could do a sort of time lapse. Sadly, the panel is in the box of spares now. If you have a steady hand, it's quite easy to paint up a few blank panels. I no longer have as steady a hand as I would like, and I've never been particularly artistic. It was fun though and as you progress you are very likely to build up a stock of blank panels, this is a fun way to use them Here's the video, it's short (thankfully).
