Krakenkraft: only 10 Posts. I wouldn't give myself the write rights, either …  Hello all, I'm really sorry about this PM issue. I always assumed that it was a limitation of the Proboards system, but I have now found the setting and have changed it so that the messaging system is always available to contact staff (myself, Robert and other moderators) but that you now only need 5 posts to be able to message other members on the forum (this was set to 20 before). Please let me know if this works for you. |

We now have ten contributions for the AEther Waves album and they all sound excellent, I am getting excited about turning this into an album for Bandcamp.
Can I remind anyone reading this who is thinking about contibuting that the deadline is fast approaching (20 August), although if you are currently slaving over a hot AE Modular and may be slightly late, let us know.
There has been a bit of discussion over liner notes, information, etc. From my perspective, I will include anything that I receive, so if you want artwork for your particular track, make sure that you have sent that through, and the same goes for any information. If I don't have it, I can't include it 
Here's a reminder of the information request that was in the first post:
- The title of the track
- The length of the track in mm:ss format
- Your name or artist name for this track
- Any relevant information about the track that you would like to accompany it
- A link to your homepage which we could include in any promotional material or news flashes
- A link to your photo or logo or other artwork that you would like to have included with your track in any promotional material or posts
It would be good to get some more contributions, so do hook up that modular, press record and hear what comes out of it. I am happy to apply some effects if you need some, just ask. |

Thanks … but: If only it would be that easy … "send message" cannot even be found in the source code of the user page … maybe my "user level" is too low for PMs or somethking like that. Now that you mention it, I think someone else had a problem as their number of posts was too low and the message facility just wasn't there. If anyone else has this problem, just send me a message via the Bandcamp page with your Forum name and I will message you. I think you can then reply. Yeah that was me, I just replied to the message admin sent to me when I first joined to send the link. |

Hi guys, SUBMISSIONS are now closed! With rockysmalls contribution we now have 14 wonderful tracks for over 70 minutes of run time. I think this is an amazing result for this very first release of a community driven album and a real testament to the commitment and creativity of the AE community. spacedog will now go and master all the tracks to sound best in the context of the album. We will also work on finalising the album artwork, teaser material for the social media posts to publicise the release and the accompanying booklet that will contain all your individual artwork and track information. We hope to release the album on the 30th but please don’t sue us if we take a bit longer Thank you everyone who has submitted a track. To everyone who hasn’t been able to participate this time I want to say that we will definitely try to get out another album towards the end of the year! |
